Patch My PC aimed to build a scalable and personalized giving experience to foster team member engagement in their charitable giving initiatives. In late 2023, Patch My PC partnered with Givinga to implement the Patch My PC Philantech® platform and kick off their annual Giving Month (October Gives). This partnership laid the foundation for a three-pronged giving strategy driven by and for team members:

  2. Enhanced Matching Program: Unused pre-funded dollars from 2023 were strategically reallocated to introduce a generous 2:1 matching program with a matching cap of $2,500 per team member. Team members could see their $2,500 donation become a $5,000 impact to their chosen charities.
  3. Team Member Relief Initiative: Building on this success, Patch My PC collaborated with Givinga to establish the Patch My PC Cares program, a team member relief fund. This initiative aims to extend the company’s philanthropic reach to include internal support for team members facing hardships, reinforcing the company’s commitment to comprehensive care and compassion within its corporate culture.

Philantech® has become Patch My PC’s philanthropic engine, allowing flexibility for both company-wide giving and team member participation. Instead of one-off charitable moments, Patch My PC has woven giving into everyday work culture, creating a year-round giving program.
