Charity Relations Associate

Part-Time Employment – Max 29 hours per week, $15 per hour

Givinga is seeking an individual to join its team as a part-time Charity Relations Associate. We are looking for an individual who is detail-oriented and interested in working in a fast-paced and challenging environment. As a Boston-based start-up, we are on a mission to change philanthropy and are interested in a collaborative team member who will help lend a voice to our growth. This opportunity allows for a remote work experience in the candidate’s preferred time zone, though we are Boston-based.



  • Work within Zendesk to provide support to charities.
    • Provide feedback to supervisor to improve the efficiency of the process.
    • Create Jira tickets for internal support needs
  • Provide support to charities as needed during their transition to the Givinga Foundation’s new Charity Portal.
    • Provide feedback to supervisor to improve the efficiency of the process.
  • Develop working relationships with charities in order to gather content for Givinga Foundation’s marketing.
  • Assist various projects for the charity relations team including:
    • Researching contact information of charities
    • Assisting in the international donations project
  • Provide occasional assistance to the Client Success team
    • Monitoring Zendesk for high priority tickets
    • Providing clients with updates on current support tickets
      • Assisting with following up internally for these updates

Skills Required

  • Support experience required
  • Available to work 25-29 hours weekly
    • Some availability during traditional office hours for meetings
  • Experience communicating via email
