Powering workplace giving, matching and grant management for their employee experience platform

On November 5th, WeSpire announced an expansion of their award-winning employee experience SaaS platform and we are honored to have been chosen to power their new innovative giving functionality. As a leader in the employee engagement industry, WeSpire provides forward-thinking global companies with an employee experience technology platform to design, run and measure the impact of their purpose-driven employee engagement initiatives. Through their partnership with us, WeSpire can now enable employees to donate directly to vetted charities and for employers to match gifts and manage grant requests directly through the WeSpire platform.

As an employee engagement platform looking to transform corporate culture, WeSpire was able to integrate their interface with our flexible giving technology. Through this integration, we provide full tax and investment benefits of charitable giving into WeSpire’s behavior-based corporate workplace charitable giving and grant-making experience. This allows companies and their employees with a powerful way to maximize their collective philanthropic investments and overall impact. Our philanthropic cloud handles all financial transactions behind the scenes, so WeSpire can deliver custom corporate philanthropy capabilities.

Specifically, this new giving functionality has found success in Novo Nordisk’s Take Action USA employee engagement program. “Since launching our program through the WeSpire platform, we’ve seen a significant increase in employee donations. We’re thrilled to provide our employees with a more modern, integrated, mobile-enabled way to make a significant impact in society and support our goal of creating long term shared value,” said Erin Byrne, Senior Director, Corporate Sustainability & Social Impact at Novo Nordisk.

Congratulations to the WeSpire team and we look forward to our partnership in this important and rapidly growing sector!
